The new stadium is rising on the area of the former Qemal Stafa, which is partially demolished and will count around 22.000 seats and 280 car spaces.
The typical colours of the Albanian flag, red and black, will be the characterizing colours and there will be shops and retail areas on the ground floor. The stadium will also be equipped with offices, gyms, one restaurant and a 100-meter high tower hotel for approximately 16,000 sqm of GLA, considering shops and offices.
